Everything you need to know to sign up for an ADYAN event, pay your fee, and find your registration again later — explained plainly, no computer experience needed.
Go to the event's page (your branch leader or a flyer will share this link with you) and select Register Now.
Registered with ADYAN before? There's a box at the top of the form for this — enter your phone or email, choose Email or SMS, and a 6-digit code will be sent to you. Enter it and your details fill in automatically, so you don't have to retype everything.
If the event has a fee, you'll usually see a Pay Now button right after you register.
Didn't pay right away? Your spot is still held as Pending. Come back anytime and use the "Find my registration" steps below (§4) — there's a Pay Now button there too.
No Pay Now button at all? Some events collect payment directly (cash, bank transfer) instead of online — your spot is still safely held as Pending. Ask your branch leader or the event organizers how to pay; they'll mark your registration as paid once it's received.
A one-page document with your details and a scannable code — bring it (printed or on your phone) to the event.
Select Download Slip (PDF) to save it. Scanning the code on the slip opens your registration directly — no need to remember your Registration ID.
Keep your Registration ID somewhere safe too — you'll need it, along with your phone or email, if you ever want to look yourself up again.
Lost your slip, or registering for a second event? Go to the My Registration Status page.
The code expires after 10 minutes. If it doesn't arrive or expires, just select Send another code for a fresh one.
Each phone number can only register once per event, to keep things fair. Use the "Registered with ADYAN before?" box on the registration page, or the Status page, to find your existing registration instead.
Double-check the phone number or email you entered is exactly right, check your spam folder if by email, and try "Send another code." If it still doesn't arrive, contact your branch leader — the event may not have SMS turned on yet, in which case only Email will work.
Not directly through the site. Contact your State Council or branch leader, who can help via the admin panel.
Yes — payment happens entirely on our payment processor's own secure page (Paystack or Flutterwave, both trusted, widely-used processors). ADYAN never sees or stores your card details.
Every registrant is automatically placed into one of four Houses — Abubakr, Umar, Uthman, or Ali — the first time they register. It stays the same for you across every future ADYAN event.
